The period tracker made for first periods
Not a grown-up fertility app with scary charts — a gentle, friendly companion with a bunny guide, kind answers to awkward questions, and privacy parents can actually trust.
- No accounts
- No ads or trackers
- Data stays on her phone

Warm, simple, and hers
Everything a first period needs — and nothing that feels clinical.

Private by design. Really.
No accounts. No sign-up. No analytics. Everything your daughter logs in Bloom stays on her phone, full stop. We cannot see it, sell it, or share it —because we never receive it.
- All cycle data is stored locally on the device, never in a cloud
- Deleting the app deletes the data — plus a delete-everything button in Settings
- An optional secret-code lock keeps her diary hers
- The AI helper receives only the question text — no name, no cycle data, ever
Everything a first period needs
Designed with tweens, teens, and pediatric guidance in mind — gentle, encouraging, never clinical.
One-tap logging
Flow, mood, and how the body feels — logged in seconds, celebrated with confetti by Bloom the bunny.
Gentle predictions
A soft calendar that makes kind guesses instead of exact promises — because first cycles are naturally irregular.
Ask Bloom
An AI helper that answers period and puberty questions in kind, age-appropriate words — and always suggests talking to a trusted adult.
Learn library
Short, friendly reads about first periods, cramps, pads, and PMS. Free forever, no lecture attached.
Secret-code lock
An optional private code keeps her diary hers, even if someone borrows the phone.
A friend, not a chart
Streaks, celebrations, and a bunny mascot that reacts like a little friend — warm and shame-free by design.
Questions parents ask
The honest answers, up front.
Is Bloom really private?
Yes. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, and no ads. Everything logged in Bloom is stored only on the phone — we never receive it, so we cannot see it, sell it, or share it. Deleting the app deletes the data.
What age is Bloom for?
Bloom is designed for tweens and teens around their first period — most first periods arrive between ages 9 and 15. The app is rated 12+ on the App Store and every word is written to be age-appropriate and shame-free.
Is the AI chat safe for kids?
Ask Bloom is strictly limited to period and puberty education. Both questions and answers pass through content moderation, answers use kind age-appropriate language, and the helper always encourages talking to a trusted adult. Only the question text is sent — never a name, cycle data, or any identifier.
How much does Bloom cost?
Bloom is free to download and the Learn articles are free forever. Tracking, the calendar, gentle predictions, and Ask Bloom can be tried during a free peek, then an optional subscription (weekly or yearly, billed through Apple) unlocks them ongoing.
Can parents see what their child logs?
Bloom has no cloud dashboard or parent portal — the data lives only on your child’s phone, which is exactly what makes it trustworthy for her. We encourage parents to keep the conversation open in real life; the Learn articles are a great thing to read together.
What if her cycles are all over the place?
Totally normal. For the first year or two after a first period, cycles are often irregular while the body finds its rhythm. That is why Bloom makes gentle guesses instead of exact promises, and never shows scary red warnings.

Ready when she is
Whether her first period already arrived or you're getting ready together — Bloom makes it feel normal, not scary.
